Pillar To Post Home Inspectors is looking for a Full-Time Home Inspector to join our trusted and growing team serving Sarasota and Manatee Counties . If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in the field with new challenges every day, this could be the perfect career for you.
About Us

Pillar To Post is the industry leader in residential home inspections, known for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service. Our Sarasota-Manatee team is dedicated to helping home buyers, sellers make informed decisions - and we take pride in doing the job right, every time.
What You'll Do

Perform detailed home inspections following Pillar To Post standards
Produce comprehensive digital inspection reports for clients and real estate professionals
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients
Maintain equipment and uphold the company's reputation for quality and reliability
Build relationships with local Real Estate Professionals and customers to grow the business

Qualifications

Florida Home Inspector License (or ability to obtain one in 3 months or less)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Basic understanding of home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and reporting software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Saturday (some flexibility based on client needs)
