Custodian/Pressure Washer - Part-time

Position Details Schedule: Monday, Saturday & Sunday, 9 pm – 2 am Pay: $20/hour Must have a valid driver's license Pressure washer experience is a MUST What You'll Do As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. Key responsibilities include: Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. You\'ll also clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility. Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants. Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment. What We\'re Looking For We\'re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player. To succeed in this role, you should have: Experience : At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred. Pressure washing experience is a must, with at least 1 year of pressure washing experience required. Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Skills : Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others. Physical Requirements : Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment.
