Collaboration: Work with therapy and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Teamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements: Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
