Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Build, configure, QA, launch, and maintain onsite lifecycle campaigns across 8+ regions, using behavioral, subscription, geographic, and device-level targeting. Own audience segmentation, trigger and rule configuration, frequency capping, journey orchestration, and campaign prioritization Monitor campaign health pre-, during, and post-launch, and troubleshoot production issues quickly Design personalized experiences using signals like lifecycle stage, subscription/plan status, content affinity and behavioral history Track campaign performance across the funnel and provide ongoing optimization ideas Requirements: 3–5 years in marketing automation or product marketing (streaming experience a plus) Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and stakeholders Technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working independently Process‑improvement mindset and comfortable in agile environments Redfast/Recurly Engage, required Nice‑to‑Have: Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Iterable, or a comparable onsite/lifecycle platform Familiarity with SQL for audience validation and campaign analysis Experience integrating CDPs such as Segment, mParticle, Tealium, or Adobe Experience Platform Understanding of feature flags and experimentation frameworks Knowledge of subscription lifecycle metrics (trial conversion, renewal, churn, LTV) Experience with localization management systems and multilingual content workflows Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event‑driven marketing architectures #J-18808-Ljbffr
