Key Skills Required:
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, dependencies, risks, and budgets
- Strong facilitation skills for steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across business and technology
- Portfolio management, resource planning, and roadmap development
- Change management and organizational readiness
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Microsoft Project
