Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Quotations Coordinator.

This position will be located in Ridgefield, WA

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operations.
• Manage Quotations Team workflow.
• Ability to mentor team members on expectations.
• Lead onboarding/training for all Quotations new hires.
• Develop and implement processes for the Quotations Team.
• Work within team setting; handling high volume email requests via Outlook.
• Communicates with Sales Manager and OSR's on questions or issues.
• Maintain current Admin functions in conjunction with handling Quotations Team.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' experience in administrative or quotations development is helpful.
• 3-5 years of Industrial experience.
• Must be well organized, meticulous and have excellent time-management skills.
• Highly motivated with a phenomenal attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and empower team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (emphasis on Teams and Outlook).
• Expert in Microsoft Excell.
• Experienced in Industrial projects, either via bid process or project management.
• Strong understanding of the Quotations Process.
• Flexibility and adaptability, as this position often requires multi-tasking.

Pay Range: $21.41 - $46.54

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
