Overview A respected law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, guardianships, and related matters Draft and review estate planning documents, including revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives Represent fiduciaries in probate, trust administration, and estate settlement proceedings Provide guidance on estate and gift tax planning strategies Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client solutions Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey Bar (in good standing) 3+ years of experience in trust and estate law Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion Preferred Qualifications LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning Experience with high-net-worth estate and tax planning Competitive salary commensurate with experience Generous PTO and flexible work environment Ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr Distinct | North America
