Then you may be our perfect hero!As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate with opportunity to learn and grow.Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitor job file statusMonitor job file audit statusMaintain job file WIPsMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationCreate preliminary estimateDaily job file coordinationPerform job file backupMaintain internal and external communicationsPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processComplete job file audit processPerform job close-outAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesPolite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skillsAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required. Normal Hours 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday - FridayPay RateCompetitive pay based on experience.
