Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel Physical Therapist (PT) | SNF / Rehab Setting Truckee, CA Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 09/14/2026 Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours/Week Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Travel Package: $3,076/Week Position Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment primarily supporting a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Extended Care Center (ECC) . The PT will provide rehabilitation services to both short-term rehab patients and long-term care residents. Based on departmental needs, the therapist may also assist within the hospital's inpatient acute care setting. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat SNF rehabilitation patients and residents. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Collaborate with Occupational Therapy and the interdisciplinary care team. Participate in weekly patient care conferences. Contribute to discharge planning and care recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and Therapute. Flex to the inpatient department as needed.
