Field Training Specialist - In-Person & Virtual Programs

Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Field Training Specialist to bring our training programs to life in the field. You will translate strategies into practical resources, deliver in-person and virtual sessions, and ensure leaders are equipped to train crews on products, processes, and technology. This role involves collaborating with HQ and Field Ops, maintaining current materials, observing training, and providing feedback to improve consistency across markets.
