Overview Raytheon’s Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) is seeking a Principal Engineer to serve as Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) in a program focused on execution. The IPTL will lead program execution, coordinate technical requirements, maintain customer relationships, and drive execution efficiency. What You Will Do Meet contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance. Report business metrics to program and functional leadership including Estimates At Complete (EAC). Provide technical execution leadership for design, development, integration, test, verification, qualification and delivery of a system that complies with performance requirements. Communicate program status, accomplishments, issues and support to Raytheon leadership and the customer community. Contribute to program vision and execution strategies as a member of the Program Leadership Team. Identify, manage and mitigate risks or capture opportunities. Provide mentoring and guidance to team members. Travel domestically and internationally (~20%). Qualifications You Must Have Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years of related experience. Experience in Program Management and/or IPT execution within the defense industry. Experience leading cross‑functional teams including engineering, contracts, finance, procurement/supply chain, manufacturing/operations, quality management and administrative functions. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity Management. Active and transferable Secret clearance required prior to start with ability to obtain special program access. Qualifications We Prefer Experience in RF or EOIR systems as a Senior Engineer, Deputy IPTL or IPTL. Experience with defense system development process. Experience leading development and maintenance across multiple program sites. Experience with Agile Development and Agile Lifecycle Management tools, preferably JIRA. Experience with supplier management. Experience leading Software, Firmware or Hardware engineering teams. Excellent communication, presentation and proposal creation skills. Raytheon EVMS and PM level 6 or higher certifications. Active or transferable Top Secret clearance with special program access within Fire Control Radar scope.
