Sr Process Engineer

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing operations at its El Paso facility. The role focuses on process optimization, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and technical support across all manufacturing lines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and mentor engineering and operations staff
- Lead Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking, analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Oversee process validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and execute capital projects for capacity expansion and equipment implementation
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving using structured methodologies across manufacturing floor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 3 years of medical device manufacturing experience, preferred
- Expertise in process validation and FDA compliance procedures
- Proficiency with data analytics and statistical analysis methods
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and validation protocols
