Commercial Property Manager

Experienced Commercial Property Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant experience across a portfolio of retail and office assets. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of asset performance while working closely with leadership, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and overall operations to ensure properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing bids, awarding contracts, and monitoring performance
• Develop and manage annual budgets, cash flow projections, and financial reporting, including variance analysis
• Handle lease administration, including rent billing, escalations, operating expenses, and compliance tracking
• Monitor rent roll and tenant reporting, partnering with tenants to ensure accuracy and adherence to lease terms
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships through consistent communication and service-focused engagement
• Coordinate with leasing and construction teams to support tenant onboarding and improvement projects
• Supervise on-site staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and ongoing support
• Oversee risk management initiatives, including insurance compliance, safety inspections, and security protocols
• Respond to property issues and emergencies as needed, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience
• Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and construction processes
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing budgets and reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in property management and financial systems
