Order Processing Specialist

Job Overview Our client, a leading global healthcare technology organization, is seeking a professional to join their team. As part of the Order Management team, you will support Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills. Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid – Work from Home Monday & Friday, Onsite Tuesday–Thursday) Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour What's the Job? Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment. Investigate order blocks, identify root causes, and resolve issues impacting order movement. Perform data cleanup, maintenance activities, and reporting to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Operations. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving order-related issues. What's Needed? 0--3 years of experience in customer service, order management, data analysis, or a related field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manage large data sets. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root cause investigation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer interaction experience. Experience with SAP, Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Winshuttle, or similar business systems is preferred.
