Night Shift Operations Supervisor

We are partnering with a well-established and growing organization to identify a Night Shift Operations Supervisor ( 2-2-3 schedule, 12-hour shifts) to lead production operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on driving safety, performance, and employee engagement.

Position Overview

The Night Shift Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading all production activities during the assigned shift. This role oversees a team of operators and support staff, ensuring efficient operations, strong safety performance, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team to execute the production plan
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture , proactively addressing risks
Partner with Maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and compliance
Collaborate with Quality and Technical teams to meet production standards
Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost control initiatives
Address production issues, equipment challenges, and schedule changes in real time
Foster a positive, communicative team environment that supports engagement
Deliver strong internal and external service levels
Develop team members and support career progression

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, operations, or a similar environment
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communicator with a collaborative leadership style
Safety-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
