Responsibilities Assist the physician in performing invasive advanced cardiac procedures. Have thorough knowledge of all Cath/EP Lab equipment and maintain it. Administer direct and indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures and provide sedation for patients. Serve as a subject‑matter expert by guiding fellow Cath/EP lab techs in the proper operation of equipment and procedures used in the Catheterization Laboratory. Perform a combination of higher‑level work such as Cath, EP, and/or Vascular. Qualifications Minimum Education Required: Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Minimum Experience Required: 4 years of Cath Lab Tech Experience Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law: Current Georgia RN license, RCIS or RCES Additional Qualifications: BCLS and ACLS; Proficient in scrubbing, sedating, circulating, and monitoring; Proficient in multi‑specialty procedure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
