Key Responsibilities\n

You will primarily serve diverse populations within our community health clinic framework, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, ideally within a similar healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
