About the Position

Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of PCU/Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: - 2 years of PCU/Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience - Travel experience - Ability to float onsite within skill set or to locations within 40 miles if needed Description: Will accept contracts ranging from 13 to 26 weeks. Every other weekend and every other holiday required. Traveler will be placed on a unit with the greatest need based on skills. Positions available in both PCU and Med/Surg/Tele units. Same credentialing is required for both skills. RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam must be completed. Skills assessment must be done prior to placement. Familiarity with EPIC is preferred. Candidates must be able to float within their skill set as needed.
