Lead Software Engineer - Spring Boot/React

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We look for formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We need strong full-stack expertise in Java and Spring Boot, including backend API design, RESTful services, database integration, responsive front-end development, deployment, and troubleshooting across the full stack.
• We value hands-on React experience building scalable applications, including dynamic UI design, state management with Redux or Context API, component performance tuning, and API integration.
• We expect prior experience as a tech lead or senior engineer driving technical direction.
• We seek demonstrated experience with AWS for designing, deploying, securing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions.
• We want practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We need advanced knowledge in one or more programming languages.
• We require proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods, including CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.
• We expect proficiency across all stages of the software development life cycle.
• We value demonstrated skill with software applications and technical processes in a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Experience applying large language models to real-world products is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of agile practices such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security is preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Terraform to provision, manage, and automate cloud infrastructure is preferred.
