Brand Marketing Specialist (Marketing Analyst II) Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: 12-Month Contract (7/13/2026 – 4/12/2027) Pay Rate: $36/hour Potential for Conversion: Possible permanent opportunity in 2027 Overview We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support the execution of a large-scale, multi-channel brand campaign across North America. This role will focus on project management, campaign coordination, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This is an execution-focused role and does not involve brand strategy development, creative design, or campaign concepting. Responsibilities Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and workstreams using Airtable. Coordinate across internal marketing teams, agencies, and media partners. Support execution of paid media, email, and social media campaigns. Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks. Manage agency assets, feedback cycles, and launch readiness activities. Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and campaign updates. Support campaign planning, intake, and stakeholder alignment. Required Qualifications Experience executing multi-channel marketing or brand campaigns. Strong project management and organizational skills.
