Service Operations Coordinator

The Service Operations Coordinator is a highly organized and accountable individual serving as a Service Operations Coordinator for our Nebraska service team. This lead role will influence and hold a team accountable to expectations and customer commitments. This role will be responsible for coordinating engineer schedules, tracking field locations and onsite commitments, ensuring accountability for attendance and punctuality, and helping maintain operational consistency across the team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable following up on missed commitments, addressing schedule discrepancies, and reinforcing company standards in a professional and consistent manner. Key Responsibilities Monitor engineer schedules, onsite appointments, and daily availability. Maintain awareness of where field resources are assigned throughout the day. Ensure time, schedules, and commitments are accurately accounted for. Coordinate resource assignments and identify scheduling conflicts. Follow up on attendance, tardiness, and unaccounted-for time. Escalate accountability concerns when appropriate. Support communication between engineers, customers, and leadership. Reinforce Company standards in daily operations.
