Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily ACH transactions, ensuring accurate and timely movement of funds while meeting established processing deadlines.
- Perform data entry, file maintenance, document review, and transaction verification activities to support ACH operations.
- Research and resolve ACH exceptions, client disputes, and transaction settlement issues while providing outstanding customer service.
- Balance daily ACH activity, monitor workflow queues, and escalate issues when necessary to ensure operational accuracy.
- Support clients, financial institutions, vendors, and internal departments through phone and email communication regarding transaction inquiries and processing questions.
- Assist with ACH file analysis, NACHA compliance requirements, and ongoing operational procedures.
Key Skills:
- Banking, deposit operations, electronic payments, or retail banking experience preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service experience with the ability to professionally resolve client issues and inquiries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a deadline-driven processing environment.
- Basic knowledge of ACH processing, electronic payments, or banking operations preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
