Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and quickly learn facility protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients and families
• Document intraoperative activities accurately and timely
