Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of experience in an operating room setting
• Proficient in perioperative nursing practices, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Effective communication, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNOR certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prep, assess, and monitor patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to facilitate safe and efficient operations
• Implement evidence-based practices while maintaining strict compliance with infection control protocols
