Title: Shipping Coordinator - 121889

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Shipping Coordinator for JD Parts Dist Center located in Milan, IL , you will:

• Utilizing systems (SAP, TRAKKER, etc.) to manage orders, billing, and shipment tracking.

• Monitoring order flow and prioritizing work (DSO/FLASH/DRP/EXP) as needed.

• Reconciling shipping discrepancies and resolving delinquent or delayed orders.

• Coordinating with carriers and logistics partners to manage pickups and delivery timelines.

• Ensuring compliance with shipping standards, including packaging, documentation, and hazardous materials regulations.

What Skills You Need

• Position opening is on 3rd Shift.

• 1 or more years of experience warehousing experience with materials management, transportation, shipping and receiving.

• Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.

• Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.

• Works under guidance (but not constant supervision) to analyze data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

• Understanding of employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules appropriate for the unit.

• Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team.

• Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production.

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
