General Manager

Job Summary The position is a Domino’s Pizza store general manager responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring quality, profitability, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities Cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. Customer relations and great customer service. Staffing, scheduling, and attendance & punctuality. Paperwork and compliance with all policy and procedures. Food management, marketing, and store cleanliness. Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards. Transportation to/from work and driving duties as required. Profitability management. Qualifications Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training: orientation and training provided on the job. Communication skills: written and verbal instructions, phone and in‑person interaction. Essential Functions / Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly. Make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and precise movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods. Reach, push, carry, lift, and climb weights up to 50 pounds or larger. Work environments range from 36°F to 90°F with occasional temperature changes. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Driving Requirements Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle suitable for product delivery. Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, and private homes while carrying product. Deliver pizzas within a designated area and perform couponing as needed.
