This facility operates as a correctional outpatient and clinic-based primary care setting in Washington state, delivering services to an adult patient population within a secure clinical environment. The facility maintains established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery to support consistent care across all assigned coverage periods. Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site correctional facility in Washington, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a four 10-hour shift schedule also under consideration. The expected caseload is 8-16 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing injury management, acute illness treatment, follow-up visits, physicals, complicated chronic care management, urgent care, and minor procedures within a structured correctional environment. Required credentials include Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board eligibility or certification, BLS, a Washington state license, DEA registration, COVID vaccination, and prescriptive authority. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 1-2 weeks, and no call coverage is required.
