Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview


Bear Staffing is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk / Reception Coordinator for an immediate opening in Henderson, Colorado. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, drivers, and guests entering the facility.


The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain an organized front office environment.


Responsibilities

• Greet and sign guests, visitors, and drivers in and out of the facility
• Provide basic safety briefings to visitors upon arrival
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
• Assist with light administrative and clerical duties
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional
• Support branch staff with additional office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Professional appearance and business casual attire required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and office skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment
