You'll keep every conversation and follow-up meticulously logged in our CRM, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks and every handoff to the sales team is seamless.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers through phone calls, text messages, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads by identifying their real estate needs, timeline, and motivation.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate agent.
• Build rapport with clients through consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity within the CRM.

Qualifications

• Active or pursuing a Texas real estate license.
• 1+ years of sales/ISA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.
