Qualifications: • • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals. • Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in fast-paced environments. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring all client interactions are handled with care. • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in real estate, or a willingness to learn quickly. • Commitment to ongoing professional development, participating in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills. Compensation: $125,400 - $225,000 yearly

Compensation:
$125,400-$225,000 per year
