Manhattan Strategy Group seeks a Follow-Up Lead to supervise Head Start monitoring follow-up activities, including Follow-Up, Special and RAN reviews across states and regions. You will lead workflows, coordinate reviewers and grant recipients, monitor corrective action progress, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables in alignment with HSPPS and OHS guidance. Reporting to the Follow-Up Manager, you will oversee 40–90 active grant recipients, manage review timelines, produce narratives, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Manhattan Strategy Group
