Our client, a major mining company, is seeking a Project Geoscientist to join its core team in Salt Lake City. This is an opportunity to step into a permanent role with broader project ownership, field exposure, and long-term development potential within a growing technical team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Support and help advance exploration projects through field and office work
  
  
• Contribute to core logging, geological mapping, sampling, and project reporting
  
  
• Assist with project oversight, technical interpretation, and 3D modeling work
  
  
• Work closely with contractors, project teams, and field operations
  
  
• Help deliver practical geological input that supports project progression
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Degree in Geology, Geoscience, or related discipline
  
  
• 4+ years of experience in exploration or project geology
  
  
• Experience in porphyry copper, with sediment-hosted copper as an asset
  
  
• Strong core logging, mapping, sampling, and data management skills
  
  
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
