We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care, health promotion, and disease management. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating specialty referrals, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
