Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool - Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor - Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons
• Celebrate student wins - Observe an encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages
• Support families - Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for
• Stay organized - Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals
• Upload safety standards - Model and enforce our safety-first mindset for staff and students alike

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• You are18+ years oldwith a passion for working with children
• You bringpositive energy, strong communication,and anatural leadership style
• You love helping other grow - whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate
• You are available to work a consistent schedule, includingweekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
• You are physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose

Pay Range

USD $20.84 - USD $26.05 /Hr.

• The pay range for this position is $20.84 - $26.05 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and certifications.
• Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for pay increases as they grow.
