We are seeking a dynamic and organized Home Care Office Supervisor to lead and manage our home care administrative operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily office functions, coordinate scheduling, supervise administrative staff, and ensure seamless communication between clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Your leadership will help maintain high-quality service delivery, foster a positive work environment, and uphold the integrity of our home care services. Qualifications:

At least 18 years old.

Appropriate experience and training in the home care industry or closely related personal care services.

Completed training in the provision of personal care services.

Must have a criminal background check.

Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Takes referrals and assigns Consumers to workers.
• Follows up on referrals by contacting Consumers, family members, etc.
• Supervision of workers per agency policy.
• Documents telephone/in-office conferences with Consumers/family, staff, and others.
• Manages the Consumer services coordination.
• Manages the HR needs of the Consumer services department, notifying the Agency Manager when new hires are needed to stay proactive with growth plan.
• Assists with interviews and hires select service personnel.
• Orients staff to policies and procedures of our Agency.
• Supervises staff to ensure quality performance standards.
• Establishes mutual goal setting and achievement standards.
• Projects a concerned, professional appearance toward Agency staff.
• Maintains high visibility and availability via telephone while in the office.
• Works to develop a positive rapport/relationship with all staff.
• Performs tasks as delegated by Agency Manager.
• Carries beeper when away from office and responds within the hour.
• Shares on-call responsibility on an equitable basis.
