Home Health Aide (HHA) - EOM Home Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at EOM Home Care in New York, NY. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring patients

• Monitor and report patient conditions to our team of healthcare professionals

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and-family members

• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certificate

• Recent Physical

• Rubella and Rubeola Immunizations

• TB Screening or QuantiFERON

• Two forms of identification
