Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic testing in various laboratory departments (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.) with accuracy and efficiency.
Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens according to established protocols.
Interpret test results and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare providers.
Adhere to quality control standards and maintain laboratory equipment.
Ensure proper documentation of patient information, test results, and quality assurance procedures.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized accrediting body (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instruments, and safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
1+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
