- Perform diagnostic testing in various laboratory departments (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, etc.) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collect, process, and analyze patient specimens according to established protocols.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to physicians and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to quality control standards and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient information, test results, and quality assurance procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the laboratory.
- Associate's degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized accrediting body (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instruments, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
