With multiple locations and a loyal customer base, it emphasizes freshness, consistency, teamwork, and operational excellence while fostering a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.Position SummaryThe Bilingual Human Resources Manager leads all human resources functions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The position oversees employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits and investigations, training, compliance, policy administration, and organizational development. The HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor and must be fluent in English and Spanish.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development and implementation of compliant HR processes and systemsLead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staffing.Administer performance management and employee development.Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and wage/hour requirements.Administer employee benefits and leave programs.Develop and deliver HR training in English and Spanish.Maintain HRIS, personnel files, reports, and HR metrics.Visit company locations to meet with staff and assure HR compliance.Bilingual ResponsibilitiesCommunicate fluently in English and Spanish.Translate HR policies, forms, and employee communications.Conduct investigations and interviews in Spanish when needed.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesMay supervise HR Generalists, HR Coordinators, Recruiters, Administrative Staff, and Interns.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.Minimum 2 years of HR leadership experience.Professional fluency in English and Spanish.Knowledge of employment laws and workplace investigations.Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS.Preferred QualificationsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.Experience in nonprofit, for-profit, healthcare, government, or multi-site environments.Payroll systems experience.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong interpersonal, organizational, investigative, and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods, use standard office equipment, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and travel locally as needed.Work EnvironmentProfessional office environment with potential hybrid work and occasional travel.CompensationCompetitive salary, health benefits, retirement plan, paid leave, holidays, EAP, and professional development.Equal Employment OpportunityThe organization is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive workplace.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrategic HR leader with excellent bilingual communication skills, strong employment law knowledge, investigation experience, and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
