Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Service Sales Engineer to accelerate revenue growth, expand our market footprint, and build high-value client partnerships within an assigned territory. This dynamic, field-based role blends proactive business development with strategic relationship management. You will serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makersactively prospecting, uncovering complex operational needs, and positioning our solution portfolio to win new business and secure high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Proactively cultivate and maintain strong, high-level relationships with prospective and key accounts to understand their business drivers and influence purchasing decisions.
• Identify new sales prospects and project leads within designated market segments to support overall company growth strategies.
• Spot qualified bid opportunities, lead response preparations, and participate in contract negotiations with target customers.
• Develop new client contact leads, qualify prospective projects, and partner with the internal Business Development team to advance pipeline opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conduct product presentations, and organize client-facing workshops to showcase offerings and boost brand awareness.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of organizational systems, programs, and field processes to enhance daily operations and improve sales performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or completion of an accredited trade/technical school program
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience
• 2+ years of experience with HVAC, Building Automation, Commercial HVAC, Blueprint Drawings/Design layouts, or the Construction industry.
• Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
