This is a fast-paced, patient-facing position where you'll help ensure an efficient and positive care experience—from check-in through discharge.We're looking for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.What You'll Do:Register patients and verify insurance and eligibilityRoom patients and prepare them for examinationRecord medical history and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.)Perform point-of-care testing (e.g., flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG)Assist providers during patient visits and communicate patient needsProcess co-pays and schedule follow-up appointmentsMaintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms and front desk areasManage medical records, documentation, and patient communicationsAnswer phones and respond to patient inquiriesSupport daily clinic operations including opening/closing dutiesRequired Qualifications:Medical Assistant certification is REQUIRED at time of hire.
