What You'll Do

As a Robotic Welder, you'll help produce high-quality fabricated metal components using automated robotic welding equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform daily startup, operation, and routine maintenance of robotic welding cells
• Monitor welding processes to ensure consistent quality and process stability
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload materials into robotic welding fixtures
• Identify and report equipment or quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other production duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous welding or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn robotic welding processes through on-the-job training
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality
