Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel and other materials according to blueprints and specifications
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production goals
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience with TIG or Stick welding is a plus
