MiG Welders Opportunity Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in the Milwaukee, WI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural and production components Weld I-beams, frames, and fuel tanks in flat and overhead positions Weld sheet metal ranging from 10 gauge up to 1-inch thickness Clamp, hold, tack weld, grind, and bolt component parts as required Weld, position, and secure workpieces using hoist cranes, wire and banding machines, and hand tools Inspect products and equipment for defects, quality issues, and malfunctions Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all shop safety standards Requirements: Must have GMAW/MIG welding experience Must be able to run a continuous bead without stopping Must be able to read and use measuring devices accurately Must be able to pass various weld tests, competency testing, and a math test Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
