Position Title: Cherry Picker OperatorWage: $20.83/hourShift: 3rdHours: 9:30pm - 6:00amJoin our dynamic warehouse team in Elgin, IL as a Warehouse Associate/Forklift/Cherry Picker Operator on 3rd shift, where you'll contribute to efficient receipt, storage, and shipment operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while developing valuable logistics skills.Cherry Picker Operator Responsibilities:- Perform manual tasks related to receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and storing products- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and other devices as needed to facilitate movement of goods- Organize and prepare the warehouse for upcoming shifts to ensure smooth operations- Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products in accordance with service standards- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment- Support inventory management and related documentation processes- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards consistently- Adapt to new procedures and tools introduced in the warehouseRequirements for Cherry Picker Operator:- Prior cherry picker experience- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift- Ability to follow instructions effectively- Basic communication skills to interact efficiently with team members and supervisorsIND133QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
