Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Calm Quest Wellness Clinic, you will be responsible for a range of vital functions, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorder symptoms, including evaluating their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborating with clients to create customized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and personal goals, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on effective strategies tailored to client situations.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary, in response to evolving needs and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily include individuals and families affected by mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Additionally, you will provide support to vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence.
