Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience
Experience with ground-up commercial or large renovation projects
Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and safety regulations
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
OSHA 30 preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
