Supplemental Health Care is hiring Long Term Care/chronic Care RNs for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Qualifications:

• Massachusetts RN License
• AHA BLS
• 1 year of experience as an RN
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

Long Term Care/chronic Care RN Contract Details

• $1,820 - $2,024 per week*
• Skilled Nursing Facility
• PM shift available
• 13-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
• RN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
