Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Pay: $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

Help us turn new restaurant openings, kitchen renovations, and construction announcements into business opportunities.

Superior Equipment & Supply Co. is a family-owned foodservice equipment and supply dealership serving restaurants, supermarkets, schools, healthcare facilities, general contractors, and government agencies. We provide equipment, supplies, kitchen design, project management, delivery, and installation.

We’re seeking an experienced, resourceful coordinator who enjoys researching prospects, finding decision-makers, starting conversations, and following through.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research new openings, remodels, expansions, and foodservice projects using company-provided leads, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Milwaukee Business Journal, and other sources.
• Find and verify contact information for owners, purchasing managers, foodservice directors, general contractors, and project managers.
• Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to introduce Superior and identify customer needs.
• Execute our established 12-touch outreach and follow-up process.
• Schedule introductory calls, showroom visits, and sales meetings.
• Maintain accurate contacts, project details, outreach history, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Support targeted email campaigns, company introductions, promotions, project highlights, and customer events.
• Share qualified opportunities with the sales team and track follow-up progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in B2B business development, prospecting, inside sales, or sales support.
• Confidence making outbound calls and communicating with business owners and purchasing professionals.
• Strong online research and contact-finding skills.
• Professional writing, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and complete follow-ups consistently.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Foodservice, hospitality, construction, equipment distribution, or government sales experience is helpful. Candidates with relevant transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
