We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, develop and inspire our team, and help create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant and front-of-house operations. This individual will ensure service standards are consistently executed, team members are supported and developed, and members receive a welcoming, personalized experience with every visit. The ideal candidate is a visible leader who thrives on the floor, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and maintain operational excellence throughout the day.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and service-focused culture while leading by example through a visible, hands-on presence on the floor.
• Build meaningful relationships with members by learning their names, preferences, special occasions, and individual expectations.
• Deliver a personalized, yet consistent, member experience that reflects the club's service standards.
• Coach team members on hospitality, anticipation of member needs, and creating memorable experiences that go beyond standard service.
• Engage regularly with members and guests to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience by observing service execution, addressing concerns proactively, and providing ongoing coaching to the team.
• Hold team members accountable to established service standards while continuously seeking ways to elevate the overall member experience.
• Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, inventory levels, and waste control to support operational and financial goals.
• Help maximize restaurant revenue and profitability through effective operational practices.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with club leadership to support member engagement initiatives and enhance overall satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for hospitality and member service.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable under pressure.
• Current ServSafe, Food Handler, and/or Alcohol Service certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient with scheduling, inventory management, and basic restaurant financial controls.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
