We're Hiring! Join Our Team at Gong Cha Responsibilities: Prepare and serve expertly crafted beverages, including bubble tea, slushes, fruit teas, and more. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, educating them about our menu, making recommendations, and promoting add-ons. Follow recipes accurately to create consistent and high-quality drinks. Take and process orders from in-store customers and online platforms. Handle payments (cash and credit card) efficiently and accurately. Address customer questions and provide informed solutions about our products. Manage kitchen tasks such as cooking bubbles/teas and preparing toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, mopping, restocking, and ensuring the store is in top condition. Ensure all orders are accurate before handing them to customers. Report directly to the manager or owner and execute additional tasks as assigned. Comply with health and safety regulations. Communicate customer feedback to managers. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Time management skills and the ability to multitask during busy hours. Self-motivated and capable of handling tasks independently during peak times.
